If you have Apple iTunes, you should wait till they get the bugs out of version 7.0.x. You should stay with 6.0.5.20 for at least the near future.

If like me, Luke, you decided update to 7.0.x and the installation failed, Apple suggests a long list of steps that do NOT solve the problem. My suggestion is to down 6.0.5.20 from this link: iTunes for Windows 6.0.5 and also get this QuickTime make sure you chose the second choice, the stand alone version QuickTime Download

It is a major pain to get back your iTunes after installing the 7.0.X version. If you have a Windows XP computer and love your iTunes like I do, SAY NO when asked if you want to upgrade!!!
